Ingredients: Tilia x europaea (24%), Plantago lanceolata (24%), Sambucus nigra flos. (15%), Althea officinalis fol. (15%), Verbascum thapsus fol. (8%) & flos. (8%) & Thymus vulgare (6%). Product not guaranteed to be free from traces of nuts.
To prepare add 2-3 tsp of tea to 1 cup of boiling water, covered. Steep for 15-20 minutes. Strain and Drink. Store in a cool dry place.
