Hi, I’m Rosemary.
I am a NIMH accredited medical herbalist and a FHT accredited holistic therapist based in Midhurst, West Sussex. In 2016 I qualified as a Swedish massage therapist and have since gained training in Pregnancy, Hot & Cold Stone massage, Gua Sha and Reflexology. In 2022 I gained a BSc (Hons) in Herbal Medicine from the University of Westminster. I am fascinated with how the human body works as a whole and how we can do our best to be as healthy and fulfilled in every way.
Honey & Herb is borne of my combined interest in complimentary therapy, traditional herbal medicine and self care. I offer a range of massage treatments that can be adapted to your own preferences and needs.
All products available are handmade in West Sussex using a combination of nourishing butters and oils, infused with the power of herbs. All products are sold without plastic.
While sourcing ingredients for my products and herbs for use in my herbal practice, I aim to support companies that add benefits back into the communities they buy from. The vast majority of ingredients and herbs are sourced from two Co-operatives:
Akoma Skincare - A UK based company that support communities in Ghana, producing natural oils and butters.
Planta Medica - A UK based herb supplier linking growers to practitioners.
As far as I can I use Organic ingredients. However this is not always possible. Some of the herbs I stock are grown organically but do not hold the certification. If you’d like more information regarding individual herbs or ingredients do get in contact!
I believe that to truly be holistic, every aspect of a business needs to be considered in regards to its effects both socially and environmentally. Because of this, I look at everything from packaging to ingredients to travel and evaluate how it can be improved or be more sustainable to the best of my ability.

When considering products to be stocked in the shop, I focus on small businesses selling good quality products. Some of the suppliers are very local to Midhurst! My goal is to be able to support other small businesses through Honey & Herb, helping to feed back into the local economy as much as possible.
A 20% discount is available for NHS workers, Police Service and Fire Service for treatments and services, just make sure to bring along your ID to your appointment.
Concessions are also available, just ask for more information upon booking.
